Frequently Asked Questions

All equipment is assessed and either rebuilt with upgraded parts to make it as fast as possible, or it is used for parts to beef up other devices.

Not a problem, send it anyway! We will assess the equipment and if it is too old or unable to be repaired, we will recycle it properly. 

All devices will be completely wiped before being rebuilt and reused. All hard drives will be wiped clean using military-level protocols and then recycled.

We accept Credit Cards or PayPal for transactions.

SERVICE

1. Pay for service through the website and get a confirmation email back.
2. Someone will contact you within 48 hours to schedule the service.
3. At this time if a device is being serviced, we will let you know where to bring it. If a setup is being performed, we will schedule a time for us to come on site.

Device\Hardware\Software

1. Pay for service through the website and get a confirmation email back.
2. Someone will contact you within 48 hours to schedule the pickup of the device or hardware purchased. 
3. If small enough, we can offer the option of shipping. Rates will vary depending on destination.

Any device sold or given away for Free comes with NO WARRANTY or SUPPORT. If support is needed, we offer Services and other options at very competitive prices, all of which go back into the Nonprofit. See our SERVICES page.
